Professional Cleaning and Ongoing Care

Once the property is approved, the lease is finalized and our team takes over setup. We handle furnishing, installing smart locks and security systems, and preparing the home to operate as a professionally managed short-term rental.

Step 3: Listing & Guest Placement

The property is listed on established third-party platforms such as Airbnb and Vrbo and is occupied by vetted travelers, including traveling professionals, business guests, and short-term visitors. This approach ensures consistent demand while maintaining a controlled, low-risk guest profile.

Step 4: Ongoing Management & Maintenance

We handle day-to-day management including bookings, guest communication, professional cleanings, routine inspections, and minor maintenance. If a major or permanent issue arises that requires structural repair or a permanent modification to the property, it remains the responsibility of the property owner.
